As a Regulatory & Legal Support Onboarding Coordinator at Deloitte, you will have a critical role supporting the infrastructure of our managed review teams as they address our clients' needs across a variety of engagements including regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, litigations, disputes, financial crime, and other investigation-related matters.

Work you'll do

Deloitte's managed review team assists organizations and their legal counsel by improving the overall document review process. A key element of our team is a workforce of attorney contractors utilized to supplement the Deloitte staff working on review projects. By using a team of document review contractors, we are able to scale the size of our review teams up and down quickly in response to changes in project needs or direction from our clients...and that's where the Onboarding Coordinator comes in.

An Onboarding Coordinator will be tasked with liaising between several different internal teams to onboard contractors, generate user accounts and enable technology access as contractors are assigned to projects. Responsibilities include creating service tickets, fielding contractor IT issues, and acclimating new contractors to Deloitte. For more complex issues, the Onboarding Coordinator will escalate to the appropriate support team and track the progress towards resolution. The Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in operational support of the team and will collaborate with the client service team to help ensure successful project starts. Other responsibilities include generating periodic reporting on a variety of global review team metrics including staffing lists, capacity, and pipeline reports. An Onboarding Coordinator must also communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management while balancing multiple projects and responsibilities.

While all of our projects are currently being run virtually, we anticipate returning to the office later this year. Once our teams return to the office, the Onboarding Coordinator will have additional responsibilities including preparing the review space and training rooms, setting up security access within the facility, and addressing Day 1 project needs.


  • College degree required; experience supporting Litigation/eDiscovery would be a plus

  • Detail oriented and well organized

  • Able to draft reports and provide detailed summaries

  • Capable of working with multiple teams across multiple locations

  • Able to manage competing priorities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Flexible with the travel requirements of client service projects (While the ability to travel based on the requirements of client service projects is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
