Work you'll do

As an Functional HCM Senior Consultant within our Human Capital team you will:

  • Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of projects

  • Apply your experience from having worked on at least 1-2 public sector projects to serve as an experienced resource on the HCM configurations, assisting in system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit gap analysis, as-is & to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing and client user training

  • Work with team members and supports delivery teams and staff

  • Give presentations to clients or other decision makers in order to sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

  • Participate in Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of relevant HCM consulting or industry experience

  • 1 year of experience as a functional or workstream lead

  • Has completed at least 1 full life-cycle HCM configuration (e..g PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.)

  • Travel up to 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


  • Prior big 4 consulting experience

  • PMP Certification
