Deloitte SailPoint IIQ Manager/Engineer - Remote/Delivery Center Role in Jacksonville, Florida

Work you'll do

Our team is looking for experienced Project Manager, experienced in driving large scale IAM implementations across all SDLC phases - from requirements gathering to implementation to go-live and post production support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hands on development, implementation, and engineering

  • Lead engineering sessions with product owners and other client customers

  • Utilize IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs to enable federal clients to protect against digital identity risks.

  • Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication.

  • Oversee the spread of information with privileged access management.

  • Verify identity utilizing a wide range of IAM solutions including HSPD-12, PIV, and advanced authentication methods.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

  • 6+ years of SailPoint IIQ development experience

  • Should include designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining identity management and governance solutions supporting full identity lifecycle management, provisioning, role and group management, user access certifications, compliance, and access requests

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and scoping and managing complex projects and providing strategic and technical advisory services.

  • Strong knowledge of HSPD-12/PIV/CAC, FIPS 201, FICAM, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and other federal ICAM-related directives, standards, and mandates.

  • Knowledge of SCIM, SOAP, REST and APIs

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for this role

  • Travel up to 15%

Preferred:

  • Project management skills

  • Previous experience with ForgeRock/SailPoint/Oracle

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Previous identity analytics experience

  • Experience in consumer identity and directory services

  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
