Work you ll do
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Business Engagement Analyst will promote IAM across Deloitte. The Senior Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain controls that effectively reduce security risk while supporting business initiatives. Key responsibilities are:
Serve as the first point of contact between IAM and other organizations
Establish relationships with both technical and business leaders in order to advance the adoption of the IAM program
Translate IAM strategies and direction into actionable, measurable controls
Ensure the alignment of IAM controls across the Firm
Provides solution consulting with business stakeholders
Communicate technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders
Work with key stakeholders to demonstrate the effectiveness of IAM controls
Govern and advocate holistic IAM service delivery
Stay abreast of information security and IAM regulatory requirements and best practices
Specific duties include:
Document and translate business needs into technical requirements for IAM controls, metrics, and solutions
Work with stakeholders to develop and monitor service level agreements
Engage in user acceptance testing of solutions and services to ensure compliance and trace requirements
Assist with the development and maintenance of IAM-related policies, standards and processes
Map internal and external controls to their supporting policies, standards and processes
Collect and publish metrics to demonstrate compliance
Assist with control implementation and remediation by reviewing system documentation and exception requests; evaluating compensating controls and identifying residual risk
