Work You ll DoAdvisory Associate 7 (Hospitality Industry) will perform one-on-one consultations with client's vendors to ensure compliance with standards of service and products in the hospitality industry, including Food & Beverage, Retail, and Airport industries; continually review, refine, and develop the criteria and standards of each client's program; participate in training programs developed for each specific client utilizing the learnings and feedback obtained from the one-on-one consultations; advise on additional services and products/programs to promote the clients specific needs/goals; be responsible for the initial development and set-up of all engagement components for an existing or new client; be responsible for account, logistics, scheduling, and program development; engage directly with clients and launch multinational high-value audit and inspection programs; develop customer experience measurement solutions for complex customer interactions; prepare account budgets in conjunction with the Account Director, track and analyze variances from the budget, and take necessary steps to correct and/or adjust accordingly; ensure the accuracy and completeness of all client data, reports, and correspondence; and interface with IT resources to deliver on clients' technological needs. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in business, hotel administration, hospitality management or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of supervisory experience in the hotel, retail, food services, and airport operations industries.Experience must include two years of:Working with clients in the hotel, retail, food services, and airport operations industries, including developing standards, assessing customer service, and making necessary recommendations for changes and improvements;Leading teams for field and office support, including mentoring and training of team members;Utilizing food safety certification to prepare assessments in compliance with food and safety regulations for clients;Developing customized training programs per assessment outcome for clients;Staffing teams in the airport industry in compliance with TSA regulations for security practices; andDetermining travel planning logistics.Position requires approximately 80% travel.
