Marketing Excellence - Senior Marketing Manager - B2B Managed Services and Alliance Marketing

The Portfolio Marketing Strategist for the roles of managed services and alliance marketer will work directly with business leaders to strategize, plan, and oversee marketing activities, develop and implement new marketing strategies and approaches and will use sophisticated data-driven approaches and operational metrics to drive buyer engagement and business growth In this role you will build the best-in-class marketing strategy, aligned to business goals, that provide a clear return-on-investment. You will utilize innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches leveraging the full capabilities of Deloitte's Marketing Excellence organization, to maximize market reach, return on investment, and impact for the business.

What you'll do

  • Bring a deep understanding of B2B, managed services, and/or alliances marketing

  • Serve as a strategic and innovative marketing visionary to mastermind the marketing efforts for our managed services and alliances

  • Develop and drive lead generation campaigns

  • Integrate marketing efforts and business collaboration by acting as the connection point across Marketing Excellence, internal communications, sales, public relations, global marketing, and the Commercial Office

  • Define metrics and KPIs to assess marketing success, activity, and channel levels to inform future strategy and tactics.

Qualifications include

  • The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, B2B professional services marketing with the ability to strategize, implement, drive, and manage the overarching marketing strategy, messaging, and campaigns

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field

  • Sales enablement experience; development of sales enablement materials; working with sales

  • Lead generation experience including strategy, content development; measurement and execution

  • Experience in leading Marketing through business transformations, developing, managing, and leading teams

  • Experience in managing business operations including budgets and reporting

  • A strong executive presence

  • Confident presentation skills

  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results

  • An innovative mindset that can think strategically

  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills

  • Strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills - able to expertly position and tell compelling stories around our offerings and influence both internal and external audiences

  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus

  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
