  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Hands on experience and expertise from previous engagements in designing and deploying ICAM programs for large scale enterprise customers

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and/or project management.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with ForgeRock

  • Experience with enterprise automation, DevSecOps, and incorporating Security at Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipelines

  • Expert level knowledge of ICAM tools (ForgeRock, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Radiant Logic, etc.) and best practices, including the cybersecurity landscape

  • Expertise on enterprise production scales with authentication/authorization /identity management solutions such as Active Directory, VMware Identity Management, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Identity Federations

  • Thorough understanding of technical systems architecture; able to deep dive to determine root cause of issues across technical domains

  • Ability to apply security principles and mechanisms to enterprise systems designs

  • Understanding of credential management, authentication & authorization principles, and design alternatives

  • Knowledge and experience with NIST Risk Management Framework.

  • Experience in the detailed plan, design, and execution of complex, cross-domain enterprise identity management solutions

  • Demonstrated ability in the fields of enterprise application integration, and business process management

  • Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral)

  • Experience developing program documentation and reports and working in an Agile/DevSecOps environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers, and other IT Personnel


  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Previous identity analytics experience

  • Experience in consumer identity and directory services

  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)

  • ICAM/Security Certification is preferred
