Work you'll do
As a Realtime Interaction Marketing Studio Platform (Manager/Specialist) you will be responsible for advising, maintaining, and operating Salesforce Interaction Studio solutions on behalf of our clients. As the primary support role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting new or existing:
Sitemap code working with client's web teams and tag managers as well as supporting
Custom Interaction Studio templates
Integrations to and from Interaction Studio
Web and server-side campaigns
Einstein Recipes & associated configurations
In addition to working with internal and client teams to provide expertise and work products associated with the above work types you will also guide the team on designing and building new campaigns and templates as the platform is adopted.

Experience in design/development activities to build solutions in Interaction Studio
Proven experience with enterprise web content management systems and tag management products, implementing tagging across channel and integration into reporting and marketing systems
Front end development experiences With knowledge of common front-end frameworks
Familiarity with middleware ETL platforms and ETL integration constructs
Experience within the Core SFMC suite (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio) as well as adjacent products such as SF CDP, either within a consultancy, an agency or internal email operations team
Experience with database and data modeling across omni-channel inputs and internal systems
Developed segmentation and audiences within various customer/marketing systems
Travel up 30% (while 30% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Support of implementation of web & mobile personalization tools (Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser, Optimizely, Google Optimize)
CDP Rules Management
Development within Email Service Providers (SFMC, Adobe, Responsys, etc.)
Designed and developed recommendations, orchestrations or rulesets within marketing automation or delivery systems.
Experience in artificial intelligence or machine learning practices
