Work You'll Do
As a Project Manager within the ERP Implementation team, you will utilize your expertise in project management and organizational transformation to lead large-scale ERP system implementations. This role will focus on leveraging technology to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage comprehensive ERP system implementations, focusing on optimizing financial and operational processes.
Utilize project management best practices to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.
Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business needs, translating these into actionable project plans and objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and implement strategies for change management, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems.
Drive the strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for significant project issues, providing expert guidance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice helps implement cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as Workday Financials and Infor. Teams support finance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project management, with experience in ERP system implementations.
Experience in managing projects within higher education or related sectors.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
