Marketing Technology Specialist

Work you ll do
As a Marketing Technology Specialist, you ll use your technical program and project management skills to:
Administer Deloitte s internal marketing stack as it relates to CRM, PPM, and Lead Gen/Nurture
Assess legacy / as-is systems and conduct user interviews to understand what s working/what s not and chart the evolution of our programs
Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects
Help chart the direction of the business (vision)
Closely coordinate with Workfront Admins, MarTech Managers, and Internal Technology Services professionals in configuring and implementing proposed solutions
Lead periodic reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
Stay current on process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems especially as they relate to understanding and communicating Workfront releases and new features
Distill critical information gathered from multiple stakeholders into useful reports
Manage Workfront licensing
Participate in Workfront Community Forums and local user group meetings
Provide demos to teams considering implementing Workfront
Deliver trainings and Workfront guides to new and existing user groups
Meet with teams on a regular basis for status updates
