Are you a marketing and communications professional interested in working with a dynamic team working on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, digital, and more? Deloitte Services LP is currently searching for a lead specialist to join our in-house marketing agency to drive integrated campaign execution across key external marketing channels.
As an Integrated Campaign Strategist focused on Demand Gen, you will be responsible for designing fully integrated campaign strategies that incorporate online and off-line channels. You will be at the forefront of connecting clients to Deloitte ways that inspire and require action in order to drive success for one of the world s most influential brands.
What you ll do:
Lead Demand Gen and Lead Management to optimize our lead strategy and execution in partnership with our Marketing Excellence teams
Develop advanced multi-touch demand gen and lead nurture campaigns across all audiences and channels
Provide the framework for marketing campaigns to be created, executed and monitored consistently
Create a reporting structure that reflects the stream of data through our processes, programs and systems
Work with stakeholders to define, implement, and continuously improve lead nurture flows, database segmentation, and campaign execution
Create and execute new processes to improve marketing automation efficiencies; create metrics that monitor performance for continuous improvements to areas such as analyzing campaigns, uploading lists and ensuring the use of reliable and relevant data
Help monitor and maintain marketing data quality in partnership with cross-functional teams, such as our internal Data team
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic marketers, strategists, data storytellers, and creative colleagues to drive data-driven channel strategies that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact.
Lead integrated campaign strategies which inspire and require action.
Work with others on programs and projects designed to maintain and evolve our channels including, but not limited to, channel strategy, implementation of new channels or new tactics, development of roadmaps, and channel governance.
Keep up to date with marketing and campaign best practices; communicate implications for campaigns and channel efforts.
Develop best practices, upskill team members, and identify new and innovative ways to create impact.
Participate in learning and strategy documentation.
