Digital PMO Specialist (SC/M)

Work you ll do

Deloitte s Client and Market Growth (CMG) organization is seeking a highly effective PMO specialist to work in the Office of the Chief Digital Officer. The PMO specialist will join a talented, experienced and functionally diverse team that delivers a digital strategy in support of Deloitte and CMG priorities. This person will work with a small dedicated team, an expanded matrixed team, and Deloitte IT to prioritize, deliver and evolve a growing and varied portfolio of digital investments and solutions. The PMO specialist will support the identification of productivity, experience and cost improvements, development of an approach for the long-term growth and evolution of digital investments, document digital successes and opportunities, and project manage select digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & experiences:

Establish and manage the digital transformation dashboard of programs and projects to monitor progress, budget, identify and manage risk, dependencies and issues

Experience in establishing governance/program level KPI s

Draft new and improving existing program management office policies and processes

Work with the program leaders ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

Work with the communications team to craft critical program governance communications

Work closely with the leadership team to develop content, organize the agenda/teams and logistics for key meetings

Monitor key milestones, budgets and activities for executive level reporting

Apply change, risk and resource management

Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

Resolve projects higher scope issues
