Work you'll do
Our Federal client in Huntsville, AL is establishing a Digital Transformation Office (DTO); this role will provide direct support as part of a larger team responsible for establishment of the DTO and execution of top Digital Transformation (DT) priorities within the agency.
Provide functions that involve planning, coordinating and communicating DT initiatives in support of specified DTO initiative sprints.
Maintain communication between DTO and other client stakeholders
Establish and maintain professional working relationships within the client agency, within the Deloitte Huntsville office and across the Deloitte firm to ensure that the best of Deloitte expertise, experience, and solutioning within the Commercial and DoD sectors may be brought to bear upon clients' problem sets within the DT space.
Draft and recommend both long and short-term planning communications artifacts.
Monitor and maintain a continuing evaluation of the effectiveness of program planning to identify and/or assess potential or existing problems and to formulate plans for management of potential corrective courses of action.
Prepare a variety of correspondence, briefings, reports, position papers, fact sheets, and policy communications.
Respond to taskers, inquiries, reports, requests for data or assistance, and other communications to appropriate organizations or personnel to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Analyze issues, perform complete research, and formulate official responses to both written and oral requests.
Exercise tact, discretion, and judgment concerning inquiries/replies received from or conveyed to other agencies.
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional experience
Active Secret Se curity clearance required
Experience with work planning, monitoring, and reporting in a client-facing environment
Travel up to 10%
Consulting and/or federal government industry experience
Experience in strategic communications, project management or Stakeholder Engagement Planning
