Deloitte Producer, Live and Virtual Events in Huntsville, Alabama


Are you an associate event producer with a track record of successfully creating world-class campaigns across a variety of live and virtual event platforms? Deloitte's Green Dot Agency is looking for an associate producer who's accountable for production projects within this specialized area. At the same time, you speak the language of business stakeholders and marketing colleagues to effectively articulate your ideas and sell work. We're looking for someone who has an immense sense of event planning experience along with an immense sense of fun and who is not afraid to put his/her thinking cap on to bring new ideas to the table.


  • Execute innovative in-person, hybrid and virtual events that promote the firm, build and enhance brand eminence, generate leads and develop relationships

  • Extensive experience with tradeshows, conceptualizing booths, and managing booth vendor relationships end to end

  • Manage full tradeshow experience including event logistics, budget management, fabrication/graphic/production timelines, vendor timelines and liaise with internal creative team for deliverables

  • Manage vendor activity coordination and relationships, ensuring effective communications, logistics, quotes/POs/deposits, troubleshooting, addressing issues as they arise, etc.

  • Collaborate with creative teams from the earliest conceptual stage to ensure the most innovative creative and production are employed.

  • Position yourself to be a trusted advisor in this events space across all of Marketing Excellence and Deloitte. This will include advisory calls and senior level presentations when asked for internal and external marketing purposes.

  • Stay ahead of live/hybrid/virtual experiences trends and provide latest findings to Accountment Management

  • Ensure the output for all events projects matches the respective creative and brand vision for each and is delivered at the highest quality standards.

  • Develop positive leadership alignments with Creative, Account Management, Strategy, Project Management, Business Affairs Manager, Operations, The Studio and all production teams/vendors.

  • Individually maintain a roster of campaigns via your Pod/Account alignment which will you need to produce.

  • Be passionate about delivering the best, most talked about creative on time and on budget and in line with Project Managers & Account Managers requests.

  • Integrate with other producers (as needed) on webcast events and video needs and have a good working knowledge about all mediums.

  • Provide clear communication of project statuses to internal teams and any third-party vendors.

  • Determine project risk on an ongoing basis and escalate issues as needed.


  • Highly organized with substantial event experience and experiential design as it pertains to tradeshows

  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills.

  • Available and willing to travel onsite to support monthly events for the firm

  • Proactive approach to responsibilities and creative problem-solving.

  • Strong attention to detail, proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects

  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge.

  • Ability to work well independently but know when to escalate.

  • Exceptional understanding of production, best practices, and best-in-class partners.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required (exhibit booth event design and strategy experience needed).

  • Limited sponsorship may be available.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
