This position will be 100% on-site at the client site in Huntsville; remote work is not permitted. This role requires an active Secret security clearance and we are not able to sponsor new clearances at this time. Candidates must be able to start within 2-3 weeks of accepting an offer.
Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst in the Human Capital group you will:
Support planning, execution, and implementation of personnel activities, as well as providing support for integrating HR programs and procedures
Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs
Assist with personnel actions and documents relating to employee in-processing, out-processing, performance management, time keeping, Employee Learning Management System (E-LMS) issues, as well as documentation relating to other HR-related policies, processes, and procedures
Assist in the planning and execution of functional and agency organization awards ceremonies throughout the year and the annual awards ceremony, as well as researching and reviewing available awards, drafting proposed workforce awards, and performing quality control on all supervisory award input
Communicate all discrepancies with the appropriate functional organizations and track to resolution.
Support performance management activities such as preparing and submitting documentation to update personnel data systems and pay pool management
Research, review, and propose revisions to federal HR policy, program documents, supporting factsheets, processes, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.
Research, edit and draft various executive level technical HR reports, correspondence and staff action packages in compliance with the correspondence guidelines. Prepare information/position papers.
Develop surveys for distribution; collect, analyze, update databases and provide results/advice with regards to in-processing, exit, entrance and quality of hires
Develop and maintain HR communication tools and procedures such as the HR Monthly Newsletter, HR Bulletins, and dashboards. Draft and distribute HR communications, per HR guidelines

No less than 3 years of relevant federal HR experience, as well as consulting and/or industry experience
Active Secret clearance
Completed Bachelor s degree
Experience with performance management, training management, maintaining employee files, customer relationship management, and project management
Office experience including reporting skills, verbal communication, and administrative writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, federal workforce databases, and e-learning software
Federal HR experience is required
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence
Professional oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Data analysis, workforce analytics, ad-hoc reporting, Human Capital Analytics
Advanced degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in federal workforce databases and use of e-learning software
