This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Work you'll do
Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client's mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients.
Support engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs.
Direct timely delivery of quality work products for the client
Provide job analysis, career development, selection and position assistance, and occupational management support including focus group development and facilitation and survey design and analysis services in addition to providing performance management and training support as needed.
Track, analyze, edit, and report personnel actions related to recognition programs.
Provide HR program management support and communications.
Assist with HR-related actions, in/out processing, and other functions as needed.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot-table functionality and Microsoft Access queries with a superior level of data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
Comprehend the use of metrics, trends and work monitoring to ensure completion of timely/quality work.
Document and communicate analysis insights to executive level management.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience
Active DOD Secret security clearance required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Experience in any of the following activities: talent management, performance management, classification, career development, change management, communications, training etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint).
Preferred:
Federal and/or DoD Human Resources experience highly desired
Ability to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
