The Deloitte Greenhouse® serves Deloitte's biggest and most strategic program clients by integrating a suite of unique client and internal offerings - called Labs - into one dynamic space. Current and future Lab Offerings range from a suite of Signature Breakthrough Experiences (each tailored to the individual client and delivery), to immersive technology showcases and demos, to custom breakthrough experiences addressing innovation, leadership, strategy, transformation, transition and alignment. The Deloitte Greenhouse® Growth & Transformation Team is focused on re-imagining the strategy of the Greenhouse and driving major transformation initiatives that cause us to be bigger, better, cooler, stronger, faster across our array of Greenhouse teams and offerings. You will be part of the team helping us think differently about our own approaches and applying that innovation both to new market concepts and ourselves.

Work you'll do

This role will give the candidate a unique opportunity to project manage the pilots of new market making concepts, innovate and execute on short and long term-strategies and co-create solutions for Deloitte and external customer needs - you'll be required to strategize, analyze, design, experiment and manage.

The ideal candidate will be a high performer and self-starter who thrives in thinking strategically while simultaneously executing. We're looking for the ability to structure problems and define plans of action to solve them, a passion for bringing clarity to ambiguity, a desire to innovate and challenge the status quo and strong project management and organizational skills, and outstanding Microsoft Office skills. A proactive and hard-working attitude and willingness to collaborate with all will help the person excel in this role. And a desire to work hard and have some fun!

What we're looking for

  • Operate at both the 10,000-foot level and at the 10-inch level - someone who can dream big and execute the details

  • Deliver actionable insights and craft recommendations to leaders to provide clarity, enhance performance and/or identify creative solutions

  • Experience with strategy development, innovation management, project management, and change management

  • Strong analytical skills, quickly absorbs information and excels in creative problem solving

  • Instinctively pursue opportunities to add value beyond the task at hand

  • First class verbal, written, and presentation design skills and the ability to communicate complex problems in a simple, logical and impactful manner

  • Technology savvy; curious about technology and willing to dive in and try new things

  • Interest in learning about design & facilitation, the core offerings of the Deloitte Greenhouse ®

  • Working collaboratively with all team members, promoting teamwork and high-quality deliverables.

The team

The Deloitte Greenhouse® Growth & Transformation team sits within Deloitte's Executive Accelerators organization, which supports Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs) and account teams in helping key client leaders, their teams, and organizations address their most pressing challenges.



  • Minimum of 3 years work experience, focused on strategy and innovation development and execution

  • Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently, proactively and operating effectively in ambiguity

  • Have a strong grasp of structured problem-solving and human centered design and able to provide high quality deliverables

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment; easily establishes trust-based relationships, gains valuable insights through collaboration and communication

  • Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

  • Ability to multitask and manage work across multiple streams

  • Site based practitioner, with estimated up to 15% travel (Sites: NY, DC, DU, CHI, SF)- While 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice

  • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
