Deloitte Sales Executive - Energy & Resources – Upstream Independent Practice in Houston, Texas

We are seeking a highperforming, experienced Sales Executive to help build and establish Deloitte sbrand with a long untouched group of clients..North American UpstreamIndependents. The initial focus will beon further penetrating our existing base of work at a few clients whiletargeting the larger Upstream Independents where Deloitte has limitedpresence.

The Team

The Sales Center of Excellence(COE) supports Deloitte s businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closingsales opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with Partners, Principals andManaging Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled effortsin securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncoveropportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuitprocess and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the salesprocess.

The Work You ll Do

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing arelationship plan across the targeted organizations. This would include C-Suite and Mid-LevelManagement. This is critical since bothconstituents are buyers of Deloitte s services. They will be goaled on originating and driving completed sales withinthis targeted group of clients. Thisincludes:

Developing strategic and tactical relationship plans Building trusted relationships with key client executives Leveraging existing personal relationships and networksto develop opportunities for Deloitte services Collaborating with Deloitte Leadership to define appropriateservice offerings and an appropriate Go-To-Market approach Originating and closing deals that can be leveraged as acornerstone for longer term.broader client relationships Recognizing and positioning program opportunities versusreactive project work for Deloitte Demonstrating strong industry, client and technologyknowledge within the Upstream segment Playing a leadership role in pursuits, proposals andoverall account management Representing Deloitte by spending time with clients anddeveloping a positive brand within the Upstream segment
