Deloitte Sales Executive - Energy & Resources – Upstream Independent Practice in Houston, Texas
We are seeking a high performing, experienced Sales Executive to help build and establish Deloitte s brand with a long untouched group of clients..North American Upstream Independents. The initial focus will be on further penetrating our existing base of work at a few clients while targeting the larger Upstream Independents where Deloitte has limited presence.
The Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports Deloitte s businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.
The Work You ll Do
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a relationship plan across the targeted organizations.This would include C-Suite and Mid-Level Management.This is critical since both constituents are buyers of Deloitte s services.They will be goaled on originating and driving completed sales within this targeted group of clients.This includes:Developing strategic and tactical relationship plans
Building trusted relationships with key client executives
Leveraging existing personal relationships and networks to develop opportunities for Deloitte services
Collaborating with Deloitte Leadership to define appropriate service offerings and an appropriate Go-To-Market approach
Originating and closing deals that can be leveraged as a cornerstone for longer term.broader client relationships
Recognizing and positioning program opportunities versus reactive project work for Deloitte
Demonstrating strong industry, client and technology knowledge within the Upstream segment
Playing a leadership role in pursuits, proposals and overall account management
Representing Deloitte by spending time with clients and developing a positive brand within the Upstream segment
