Systems Integration Junior PMO Analyst

Work you ll do/Responsibilities
As a member of the Project Management Office, you will work with a diverse group of people across many different industries, business competencies, and technologies.
Our PMO Analyst will be working with the project leadership team, in support of the comprehensive activities associated with a Project Management Office. Responsibilities will include in the following areas:
Lead or support Artifact/Deliverable Management processes, including:
o Monitor and report on the timely submission of client deliverables
o Collation and quality review of deliverables for submission
o Support checklist driven as well as quality plan driven quality reviews
Maintain process documents and template updates, including:
o Receive and analyze requests for updates
o Prepare request and present for discussion
o Coordinate updates and communicate to team
Maintain/Configure PMO tools
Work plan management across multiple projects
Support project and program communications
Assist project teams with the timely identification, management and resolution of action items, risks, and issues.
Participate and prepare materials for meetings
Monitor Quality Assurance Activities
Support onboarding and off boarding of resources including access management

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
Experience with MS Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Effectively handle highly sensitive, and often highly confidential, information using exemplary judgment, tact and diplomacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as are effective interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments Ability to manage competing priorities, work simultaneously on multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines
CMMi and project planning are desirable
PMP and/or Agile Certifications are desirable
Experience in Life Science, Pharmaceutical, and/or Medical Device industries is desirable
Analytical and problem solving abilities
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Advanced skills in with SharePoint, Microsoft Project
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification Preferred
Additional U.S. Delivery Center Requirements
Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando, FL area
