Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Project Delivery Specialist you will work with clients to address the human factors affecting an organization s availability to reach its strategic objectives and manage organizational change when delivering technology projects.

The Team

Project Delivery Specialists work with Deloitte consultants directly with a client team to design, develop and build solutionsto help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our project delivery specialists include a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to Cyber Risk and Human Capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality. Our project delivery specialists work in a collaborativeteam culture where we work and live close to home with no travel.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum five years of relevant Change Management experience on technology implementation projects (SAP, Oracle etc.)

  • Understanding of and experience with best practice communications, training methods, and key elements of organizational change

  • Strong understanding of technology program lifecycles and change management needs for stakeholders impacted by the technology platform.

  • Experienced with developing and delivering corporate/strategic messaging and communications

  • Training development experience documentation preparation and delivery

  • Able to work independently with limited supervision

  • Comfortable working with complex organizations and highly dynamic cultures

  • Live in or within a commutabledistance to the Spring/Woodlands area

  • Experience with the Oil & Gas industry strongly preferred

  • Experience and or knowledge of Agile Methodology

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong sense of EQ (emotional quotient) and professionalism
