Description
The Tax Transformation Office serves Deloitte Tax, focused on transforming client service delivery inclusive of people, process, and technology in order for our Tax Professionals to deliver efficient, high value, quality service to our clients. Tax Transformation drives improvements across the full range of Tax market offerings. Responsibilities
The role requires working knowledge of professional services and the end-to-end technology delivery life cycle. As a Tax Transformation Change Management - Senior, you will work across multiple tax market offerings collaborating with Tax subject matter specialists, technologists, and the Transformation team within the Tax Transformation Office. Project related activities span across multiple Business Threads, including tax compliance delivery for Corporate, Investment Management, Operating Flow-Through, Individuals, Estates & Trusts, and Indirect Tax services, as well as cross-thread activities. Responsibilities include:
Stakeholder analysis
Leadership alignment
Assess people, process, and technology related change impacts and implications
Developing and executing the Change Action Plan
Managing Change Network
Managing Adoption Metrics
Managing Communications Plan
Developing and distributing communications
Managing User Surveys
Executive reporting
Recommending change readiness
Support of the design and delivery of training programs
The team
Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define delivery standards and the standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services, as well as the related development and deployment of technology to enable service delivery. Members of Tax Transformation elevate Deloitte Tax Professionals, in order that they may provide higher value services to Deloitte clients, through identifying opportunities to streamline delivery, increase resource fungibility, improve ROI on technology investments, increase agility, and elevate the digital client experience. The Tax Transformation Office focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added and efficient Tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying backgrounds ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including Quality Assurance and Technology Support. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on process design and deployment and adoption, including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning and change management.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business or information technology related field
3+ years human capital and change management experience
Project Management experience
Strong PowerPoint/Excel skills
Data analysis
End-to-end technology project delivery
Stakeholder analysis and/or leadership alignment
Strong focus on deployment, adoption and driving change
Experience developing change management key messages and developing communication using multiple platforms, i.e. video, email, PowerPoint etc.
Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on project work and phase of the delivery cycle
One of the following accreditations obtained, in process, or willing able to obtain:
Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
If not CPA eligible, one of the other designations listed below based on role requirements and business approval:
PMP Certification
Preferred:
Change Management, Agile or PMP certification
Experience applying Change frameworks
Adoption planning
Experience working within a professional services environment
Working knowledge of data management and metrics

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,920 to $184,210.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
