Deloitte Asset Management Specialist in Honolulu, Hawaii

Work you'll do

  • Establish and maintain inventory control systems

  • Conduct regular audits, reconciles discrepancies, maintains accurate records, and optimize inventory levels to meet operational demands

  • Establish maintenance schedules, conduct inspections, and coordinates repairs

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required

  • 4-10+ years of relevant experience

  • 3+ Years of asset management, inventory control systems, and risk assessment

  • Must be willing to work on-site at the Honolulu, Hawaii location

  • Experience in collaborating and coordinating with a cross-matrix organization to ensure contracts and deliverables are adequately reviewed from a total asset management perspective

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in asset management, inventory control systems, and risk assessment

  • Prior military experience

  • Experience providing asset management services in compliance with HQ policies and regulations

  • Subject matter expertise in conducting risk assessments and auditing government assets to mitigate security threats

  • Experience in driving logistics management for HQ

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
