Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Travel up to 20%
BA or 10+ years work experience in healthcare operations
3+ years professional experience with healthcare operations management
5+ years of prior supervisory/team lead experience in some aspect of Medicare operations, preferably within the government or contractor.
Medicare or Medicaid experience preferred
Fraud prevention and investigation experience preferred
Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools
Project Management Experience( PMP or similar certification preferred)
