Senior Policy Compliance Auditor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform audits for Firm leadership of Time & Expense data and documentation to determine compliance with policies.

  • Prepare accurate audit summaries to communicate non-compliance and/or additional information required.

  • Frequent communication via phone and e-mail with Administrative Assistants and occasional communication with leaders.

  • Determine the appropriate course of action for resolving routine items identified during the review using sound business judgement. Interaction with process Manager to discuss and resolve audit findings that are specific to key leadership of the Firm.

  • Follow through on results and follow up with Administrative Assistants in a timely manner.

  • Continually evaluate the process and recommend process improvements as well as identifying areas to improve policies.

  • Perform reconciliations of leaders American Express Corporate Cards. Be able to clearly answer any questions on the reconciliation.

  • Perform work on a strict deadline in completing audits, American Express reconciliations, reporting and other projects.

  • Deal with highly confidential and sensitive issues with key leadership of the Firm.

  • Adapt audit techniques as needed by exercising logical, supportable, and controlled professional skepticism.

  • Stay current and abreast on all policy updates and changes.

  • Ability to lead and take initiatives on special projects as assigned.
