This position supports the protection of client and Deloitte confidential information. The Client and Deloitte Confidentiality Program resides within the Deloitte U.S. Firms Office of Confidentiality and Privacy. The Office of Confidentiality and Privacy (OCP) is led by the Chief Confidentiality and Privacy Officer and is part of the Risk and Regulatory Affairs organization within Deloitte LLP. Key responsibilities of this position support the implementation, management and oversight of the Client and Deloitte Confidentiality Program within the Firm.

This group aids in mitigating confidentiality risks to the Firm and is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of technology, tools, resources and standard processes to support delivery of the Confidentiality Program across businesses, enabling areas and account/engagement teams. The Confidentiality Program is a strategic initiative intended to protect the Firm s brand and reputation while enhancing client trust. This position reports to the Client and Deloitte Confidentiality Program Lead.

What work you will do:

Key responsibilities of this position relate toConfidentiality Program deployment, management, tracking, analysis and oversight.

  1. Provide support to Confidentiality Program Lead and Confidentiality Program Liaisons with the development and implementation of processes, procedures and innovative tools that support the protection of Confidential Information (CI).Assist with collecting and compiling metrics regarding Confidentiality Program deployment to include Business CI program deployment metrics.

  2. Provide support with technology initiatives (e.g. Data Loss Prevention (DLP), DCIPP, SharePoint, CI Program tracker, Data Mapping, Robotics Process Automation, etc.) including the creation of documentation (including requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria) for innovative technology solutions designed to support the CI program and create efficiencies.

  3. Develop executive level briefings, playbooks, templates, process flows, newsletters and perform program management skills necessary to contribute to the daily operations of the Confidentiality Program.

  4. Liaise with various stakeholders across the firm (e.g. Global CCO, OGC, Business and Enabling Area CI Champions and teams, Cyber Security, CAM COE, ITS, Data Managers, Internal Audit, etc.) to solve problems as they arise and provide guidance and support regarding shared objectives related to the protection of confidential information. Activities:

  • Support highly visible, small team in day to day responsibilities: Provide business support, data analysis, reporting and presentation content. Provide cross-business consultation and guidance regarding CI program objectives.

  • Program Management and Support : Maintain inventory of the Confidentiality Program materials / templates and provide updates to assist with awareness regarding the mitigation of evolving risks. Foster relationships with various stakeholders to ensure timely, relevant updates to Confidentiality program resources. Assist with the development of CI Program training resources and materials.

  • Technical application: Analyze data and document requirements for the development and/or enhancement of Confidentiality program technology solutions. Seek innovative technology solutions to support the on-going management of the Confidentialtiy program (e.g. CI program metrics, Robotics Process Automation, Data Mapping, CI program self-assessment). Assist account/engagement teams with implementation and utilization of DCIPP.

  • Work in Multidisciplinary environment : Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to resolve problems, provide guidance and mitigate confidentiality risks. Understand how Business CCOs deploy the Confidentiality program based on risk-based criteria. Understand how Data Loss Prevention (DLP) software is used to support account team CI risk mitigation as well as other available CI risk mitigation tools (e.g. Azure Data Protection) or processes. Understand DCIPP and assist GCJ accounts with deployment.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills: Foster relationships and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels. Prepare and present briefings for key stakeholders based on data research and analysis to identify new opportunities for Confidentiality program maturation using innovative solutions to meet objectives.
