Manager, Partner Matters (LDS Learning, Development and Succession)

Work you ll do

As a Manager on the Partner Matters Leadership development and succession team, you will work on internal initiatives regarding the partner/principal/managing director (PPMD) leadership development life-cycle. This includes oversight and execution of hi-potential (hi-po) leadership development for PPMDs across all businesses.

This position regularly interacts with senior leadership and supports strategic initiatives/projects related to PPMDs, such as NextGen, LeadershipEdge and enterprise-leader analysis and reporting for the Board of Directors.

Job Responsibilities Manager (LDS)

  • Collaborate with the businesses/channels in designing and executing leadership development and succession processes.

  • Prepare succession pool modeling (in-depth analysis) including observations and potential recommendations; as requested by the ELSC and/or US CEO

  • Drive the preparation of presentation materials and analysis for Leadership meetings; review presentation materials and analysis; analyze and interpret results for Leadership.

  • Conduct numerous on-site leadership development experiences for our PPMDs.

  • Lead the production and distribution of materials to support all leadership development experiences.

  • Contribute to Elevate processes as part of Performance Management lifecycle; coordinate partner synopses and Career Development Advisor/Partner webcasts.

  • Review and respond to requests for confidential partner data and analysis, including partner votes for the Board of Directors.

  • Support strategic initiatives/projects related to PPMDs
