Work you ll do

As a Business Solution Analyst, you will be part of the Deloitte Cloud Service group within Technology & Infrastructure. You will manage the communication channels related to Deloitte Cloud Services. This will include but is not limited to web site content, knowledge documents, newsletters, etc. In this role you will also assist with user stories, understanding and documenting the user experience. By way of training and communications you will also play a key role in change management for Deloitte Cloud Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and coordinate training opportunities for users and key stakeholders. Will require working with enterprise architects, SMEs, the user community, and vendors to match needs and wants with availability.

  • Responsible for leading change management initiatives. This can be via communication channels and/or organizing events.

  • Manage the Deloitte Cloud Services user web experience which includes content management, knowledge management, and ease of use.

  • Coordinate, create, and distribute communications and program status for the organization and stakeholders

  • Ensure business requirements related to the Deloitte Cloud Services platform are communicated to the appropriate T&I teams
