Work You ll Do
Provide leadership and strategic direction of the IT Change Management processto ensure efficiency and effectiveexecution to meet Executive goals. Partner with IT Leadership and manage the ITS Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other CABs, as needed; oversee approval for all Request for Changes (RFCs), accountable for the Change Schedule. Brief top leadership on the state of and risks from changes being implemented across the firm. Responsible for the standardization of methods and procedures based on ITIL best practices; proactive, efficient and prompt handling of all changes; ultimately to minimize the impact of change to the business/organization. Responsible for continuous improvements of the Change process, building consensus and the selling and execution of such solutions. Serves as a process expert and critical resource across multiple disciplines.
Partners with the ITS Change Advisory Board (CAB) in ensuring changes have been reviewed and approved prior to implementation.
Provides Change Management leadership on process and activities by applying a structured methodology and strategy based on ITIL best practices.
Oversee the implementation of changes to production applications/systems, infrastructure and communication technology to minimize disruption and reduce risk.
Determine improvements based on trends and support actions to implement and improve trends in a positive direction.
Approves initial Request For Changes (RFCs) and works with requestors to understand the changes and supports them through the process.
Responsible for the overall management of the Change Schedule.
Provides final approval for all website and media publication of change management operations.
Works with Training to produce change management material and to instruction a wide variety of audiences.
Lead US India Change Management desk and Process Turn Over Team activities.
