Work you ll do
As the ITS Inclusion Program Manager, you will focus on the implementation of the Inclusion strategy and drive organizational accountability to support and reflect our diverse and inclusive culture. You will help to align the ITS Inclusive culture to our National Inclusion Center Of Excellence, and well-being strategies across all levels of the IT service organization, working with the ITS Chief Inclusion Officer, the ITS Inclusion Advisory Board and employee-led ITS Special Interest Communities (SICs) to bring the people of ITS together through shared experiences, learning, collaboration and partnership.
The ITS (Information Technology Solutions) Inclusion Program Manager will work closely with the Information Technology Chief Inclusion Officer, the ITS Leadership Teams, and National Inclusion Center of Excellence in the execution of a multi-year Inclusion strategy and plan; driving the implementation of programs and practices that will attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce as well as foster an environment of inclusion across ITS.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Building organizational accountability for ITS Inclusion integration throughout systems, people, defined programs and processes.
Building effective internal partnerships with internal stakeholders which include the ITS Inclusion Community of Practice, Talent Advisors, Recruiting, Learning & Development, ITS-wide internal resource groups, Business Resource Groups and ITS business leaders and employees.
Participating in collaborative efforts with Recruiting to identify ways to increase diversity of applicant pool.
Working with the Inclusion team to inform, shape, and sustain a cohesive ITS Inclusion engagement strategy across all levels of the organization; collaborating with resource groups to obtain the pulse of ITS.
Ensure D&I Program deliverables are accomplished; report on milestone progress toward strategic priorities CIO (Chief Information Officer) Leadership Team.
Facilitating the ITS summit and coordinating with the National Inclusion COE on trainings and workshops.
Responsible for developing & updating content and communications for the ITS Inclusion website and internal ITS communications.
Collaborate with departments (Communications, Marketing, Recruiting, National Talent, National Inclusion, etc.) to create communications & key messaging materials which spotlight program successes for internal and external distribution.
Collaborating with the Evolving Workforce team to conduct ongoing research of best practices regarding ITS D&I and represent ITS through relevant outside sponsorships, conferences and industry events
Managing relationships with key external organizations to support Inclusion program goals, assist with recruiting pipelines and achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to manage a broad range of critical details on a regular basis, requiring a high level of discretion.
Advancing ITS Inclusion Strategic Value to the ITS Staff and Leadership.
Defining performance measurements for ITS D&I go to market programs.
The ITS Inclusion Program Manager will report directly to the ITS Chief Inclusion Officer and will have regular access to executive leadership, including the ITS CIO and the CIO Leadership Team. You will collaborate closely with the ITS Chief Inclusion Officer, Talent Advisors, Recruiting, business leaders, ITS SICs, ITS managers and staff to drive initiatives and deliver programs designed to foster a culture of belonging, inclusion, and engagement at all levels. You will ensure that the ITS Inclusion work is effectively planned and implemented across all levels of the ITS organization. You will manage all ITS D&I initiative program components and solicit direction and support from leaders and employees at all levels.
