Work you ll do

As an integral member of the Deloitte Application Studios (DAS) organization and Global SAP S/4 Support team, the Integration Manager will act as the servant leader and coach of the ITS Solution Engineers within the Global Financial Services (GFS) Global Process Owners (GPO) Center of Excellence. You will be collaborating with Global Finance Process Owners and the Global SAP S/4 Support team to define roadmaps, plan, and align all aspects of the Global SAP S/4 Finance solution and member firm integrations.

You will oversee multiple resources responsible for working with the business to define scope, business processes, business integration methodology, integration standards, high-level integration business architecture, user experience, and customer interactions as necessary for the successful delivery of products and services. In addition, you will collaborate with internal IT leaders, stakeholders, and business constituents to ensure alignment with defined business and technology strategies.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for prioritization and alignment of business requirements and projects for the Global SAP S/4 solution

  • Understand customers' business strategy and needs, and possesses ability to translate those for effective solution delivery

  • Establish and communicate the long-term solution roadmap and incremental plan/phases

  • Advises business owners on high level solution identification or feasibility

  • Facilitate Incremental Planning readiness by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through continuous Planning meetings to define scope of upcoming phases

  • Develop and manage investment portfolio for the Global SAP S/4 Support COE team

  • Direct management responsibility for personnel in his/her ITS GPO COE (Center of Excellence Solution Engineers)

  • Effectively guide through the following aspects of customer solution delivery: prioritization, high-level roadmap/planning, customer training, user acceptance testing, and deployment.

  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration between GFS, Member Firms, and Global SAP S/4 Support team

  • Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant GFS, ITS and Firm strategies

  • Provide insight into key technology initiatives from DAS which may impact the customers/business

  • Manage risks/issues and dependencies that arise with services provided by DAS

  • Escalate and track impediments

  • Provide influence and guidance to the Technology Director to ensure governance, standards and processes are understood and taken into account as part of ongoing portfolio management

  • Build and maintain a 'trusted advisor' relationship with senior business leaders and stakeholders

  • Anticipate and recognize change throughout the organization. Understand if there are implications which may impact the channel and mitigate or communicate as appropriate

  • Provide regular, formal, communications for visibility and transparency to ensure that Technology Directors and GFS / Member Firm business leadership are adequately apprised of project statuses, successes, potential for risk and/or identified issues

  • Foster a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with customers (internal and external)

  • Ensure ITS channels and leaders (as appropriate) are kept up to date on key projects and initiatives
