Deloitte Information Technology Services Associate Analyst Summer/Fall 2023 in Hermitage, Tennessee

As an Associate Analyst in Deloitte Information Technology Services (ITS), you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside leading professionals while building your professional skills in a variety of analytical techniques and industry skills. You'll be involved in developing data analysis plans, innovative analytics strategies, and designing and implementing a variety of solutions that help clients address challenging business issues.

Work you'll do

As an Information Technology Services professional, you'll have the opportunity to work in one of our ITS Service Lines. Here you'll get the chance to work with an experienced team on projects that will build on your technical and business skills and help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. Depending on your role, you'll will have the opportunity to engage in cyber risk detection and prevention, web/mobile application design and development, web hosting, database administration and management, and overall business operations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Video Production, or in a technology related field

  • Travel up to 10% may be required, depending on role (While up to 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • The start date for this position will be in 2023

Preferred:

  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced written, verbal analytical and communications skills required

  • Basic client interaction skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, peers, and clients. Possess excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, and follow-up skills required

  • Attention to detail along with deadline management are key

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly in a deadline-driven environment

  • Motivated self-starter who has a strong desire and curiosity to learn about all aspects of corporate Technology
