Work you'll do

The eDiscovery Operations Manager serves as the technical and operational leader of multiple Operations teams and will have in depth knowledge of eDiscovery processing and hosting applications. During their day-to-day operations they manage the operational delivery for multiple portfolios of projects. This may include consulting on customs solutions to meet client requirements and supporting the delivery of services to achieve revenue, cost and customer satisfactions targets. They manage the delivery of multiple types of eDiscovery offerings with large volumes of highly complex data.

  • Ensure their teams meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality. This includes managing and scheduling shift resources to meet client delivery schedules, deadlines, and budgets.

  • Manage multiple teams across several geographies to ensure efficient and quality delivery of multiple operational solutions.

  • Analyze statistics and performance levels of the business, prepare reports, and follow through with appropriate actions to continually improve performance and quality.

  • Use their deep understanding of the e-discovery litigation support domain and troubleshooting skills to solve and adapt to complex scenarios due to an ever-changing technology environment and delivery requirements.

  • Explain complex technical scenarios in an organized and simplified format for non-technical clients.

  • Lead project teams while working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment

  • Use their deep understanding of the e-discovery litigation support domain including troubleshooting skills to solve complex issues encountered in an ever-changing technology environment with ever evolving delivery requirements.

  • Creates or provides content for client pursuits involving the delivery of the related solution (RFI/RFP)

  • Serves as a coach and mentor for Solution Managers and below.

The Electronic Discovery Solutions Center (EDSC) is considered a leader in the industry and continues to increase capacity, quality, and efficiency of Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory's electronic file processing by utilizing state-of-the-art technologies in a dedicated environment. The EDSC is a 24x7, 365 days a year operation, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Discovery practice and help drive the success of the EDSC.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 8+ Years of relevant eDiscovery experience

  • Strong knowledge of the Litigation Discovery process, experience with large-scale eDiscovery processing and production projects

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with document management, processing, and hosting technologies such as Relativity, IPRO ECapture, and NUIX/Ringtail and Concordance.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Undergraduate degree in the following majors with relevant analytics or data management focused coursework desired:

  • Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems

  • Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Processing Specialist etc.

  • Experience with executing or modifying Transact SQL scripts
