As a summer intern in our Real Estate group, you will be part of a team that s responsible for the development of real estate strategies for existing offices and newly requested/acquired offices within Deloitte s real estate portfolio, as well providing support for broader real estate strategic initiatives. Work you ll do

The intern will be responsible for supporting the preparation of strategies and analyses to facilitate executive business decisions related to office-specific strategies in addition to the firm s overall real estate approach. The position will entail providing analysis and support for real estate strategic initiatives, as well as helping support the real estate project management office and other real estate-related special projects.

Assist with the real estate portfolio strategy, including rationalization and optimization activities, headcount and space planning (supply & demand management), and critical analysis of space usage

Support real estate reporting requirements and presentation development as needed to keep stakeholders and consumers of portfolio and analytical information informed

Other special projects and responsibilities as assigned, including dashboards, analyses, development of new strategies, enhancement of standard processes and documentation procedures for Real Estate Services
