  • Validate BISs on behalf of the Marine Corps Security Control Assessor

  • Implement risk management programs for our federal clients by utilizing NIST, RMF, and FISMA compliance frameworks.

  • Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.

  • Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk with the use of continuous monitoring and incident response.

  • Establish security controls to ensure protection of client systems.

  • Implement cutting edge security tools for our federal clients.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active Secret security clearance required

  • 5 years of experience creating and maintaining DoD Assessment and Authorization packages based upon the National Institute of Standards and Technology Risk Management Framework.

  • 2 years of experience validating Assessment and Authorization packages in accordance with the MCAAP.

  • Ability to communicate technical details clearly and effectively via written and oral means.

  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and demands, including cybersecurity personnel and Security

  • Experience as designated Marine Corps Validator, as determined by the Marine Corps Service Security Control Assessor

  • This position is remote but up to 15% travel may be required.

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $82,000 to $102,000 .
