Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Responsible for overall test delivery and ensure on time delivery
Explore areas to maximize automation coverage
Communicates with Technology leadership and Business leadership to communicate program strategy, status and changes
Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements
Responsible for managing key project milestones and recommending adjustments to key leaders and management
Works under general direction of senior level management; strong independent resource who self-drives the work efforts required.
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed
Responsible for conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
Sets/evolves and/or provides significant input into the vision of how project testing should be done

Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
7 years of experience in Software Testing for several large clients
Test Management - Lead or manager background of 1-2 years
Defect Management
Good understanding of End-to-End Testing, Test Automation, Test Case creation, Test execution and reporting
In-depth technical experience covering the required technology domains.
Experience of customer and supplier management
Test Lifecycle - minimum of 2 Full Life Cycle system delivery implementations in a testing role
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Spanish is a plus
Experienced in Methodologies such as Agile
Experienced with Automated Testing tools such as Selenium or Tosca tools
