Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Senior Consultant

A CPQ Senior Consultant at Deloitte is an exceptional analyst with strong ability to lead CPQ project works teams possessing a highly collaborative work style operating efficiently in a dynamic team environment. Further, the CPQ Specialist Senior Consultant has a demonstrated knowledge and history of delivering Lead-to-Cash (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition) projects embodying strong client facing skills and with ability to clearly articulate solutions and thinks about and helps manage cross team dependencies for advancement of end-to-end Lead-To-Cash solution.

Work you'll do

Senior Consultants at Deloitte works within an engagement team and are responsible for identifying technical and system requirements, developing technical designs and solution options with recommendations, developing user journeys, user stories and prototyping, developing process and technical design (including scenario design, data and integration flow mapping), testing, data migration, preparation for cutover, cutover training, defining support procedures and supports end-to end Lead-to-Cash implementations. Senior Consultants support sales pursuit teams and participate in client presentations.

CPQ Senior Consultants in the Quote-to-Cash (CRM, CPQ, CLM, Billing) capability within the Deloitte Digital practice are required to have:

Required Qualifications

  • Five+ years consulting and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience. Experience managing at least three large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) solutions, including ownership of the functional and technical solution, management of the overall team and ownership and management of project financials

  • Experience in onsite technical roles on at least four full-lifecycle Lead-to-Cash projects, with strong application, integration, and data migration technical solution and implementation expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Salesforce CPQ and Billing, Vlocity CPQ, Pros and PriceFX, or Oracle CPQ

  • Deep understanding of the Lead-To-Cash business process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and supporting technologies

  • Experience defining systems strategy, roadmap, developing process flow diagrams, user journeys and stories, developing business and systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions

  • Experience supporting sales pursuit teams

  • Desire to learn additional in-demand Lead-to-Cash emerging platforms

  • A Bachelor's degree, Master Preferred or advanced degree in the area of specialization

  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

  • Salesforce Sales, CPQ and Service certified

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

  • Experience solutioning, and implementing other CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ/CLM technologies (Salesforce, Oracle, Conga)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $243,000.
