Work You'll Do
The Product Manager for Identity Resolution will help lead the vision and build our next generation of consumer unification capabilities. You will focus on the core data ingestion and identity resolution process that fuels customer experiences and is utilized for continuous ROI measurement. Hux tightly integrates marketing managed services with pre-built IP/software and a best-of-breed ecosystem to power real-time data management, marketing decisioning support, audience management and delivery of end-to-end personalized customer experiences (CX).
As Product Manager, you will engage with the product team, program management and engineering in leading comprehensive ongoing releases of existing capabilities bringing enhancements and new solutions to market. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions in line with strategic business objectives. You will ensure that the business needs are clearly understand and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business. You will be responsible to guide cross functional teams to deliver innovative products at market speed using Agile/Scrum principles. You will facilitate scrum ceremonies such as release planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint demo, sprint review and retrospectives.
You will support the following:
Work with business stakeholders to prioritize planned and unplanned development engagements
Determine the online or offline data needed to enrich our profiles and support business use cases
Develop identity data product features such as graphs, leveraging 1P/3P data, to construct profiles using deterministic and probabilistic techniques
Manage the match and merge/stitch rules for the identity resolution component
Support segmentation and audience management/delivery to Mar-Tech or Ad-Tech platforms
Partner with the relevant business and technical teams to integrate data that informs digital campaigns driving customer acquisition, retention and loyalty / lifetime value
Understand data usage in multiple platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, SAP Customer Cloud, Commerce Clouds, and Adobe Experience Manager / Target
Create secure product features that comply with consumer privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR) and follow all relevant legal and technical guidelines in the creation of profiles for local market use
Advise the engineering team on data sourcing and pipelines to targets, integration architecture using APIs and ETL/ELT, and master data management (MDM) concepts
Work with the go-to-market team on launch and customer adoption, support early customer programs, and work with engineering teams on user interface, architecture, and integration with other products in the portfolio
You will populate, review and refine product backlogs, including, but not limited to, platform themes, epics, features, user stories, business validation and user acceptance test plans and scripts
Prepare, review, and refine project plans in partnership teams across the spectrum of groups involved in platform development and deployment
Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as release planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint demo, sprint review and retrospectives
What You'll Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree required. Analytical fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Physics majors preferred. MBA/MS is a plus.
3+ years in product management within the digital / customer experience domain
Experience integrating with leading data connectivity and identity resolution platforms (i.e., LiveRamp, Acxiom, Neustar) preferably in Retail/Consumer
Experience in the Digital Marketing domain with specialty in Mar-Tech and/or Ad-Tech
Strong knowledge of big data cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Master Data Management solutions (Reltio, Informatica, TIBCO), and big data frameworks (Spark)
Understanding of artificial intelligence / machine learning paradigms
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate plans into phased actions
Demonstrated experience in Agile Scrum development methodologies
Understanding and responsibility in project and program management principles, with experience in the application of these principles to developing marketing technology solutions
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation skills necessary to communicate, and persuade, a wide range of audiences
Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes
Has experience with scaled systems and understands data and system integration; should also have a good understanding of security from a data and process perspective
Has a customer-driven mindset and insatiable appetite for solution excellence and drive for outcomes
Minimal travel may be required
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Retail/CPG experience implementing IDR/MDM solution architecture
Working knowledge of integrating with and using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, etc.)
Experience with leading Mar-Tech / Ad-Tech providers
Working knowledge of artificial intelligence / machine learning solutions and/or languages
