Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager
The team
The Finance Transformation group is an internal consulting group that supports the Deloitte CFO in executing strategic initiatives. Some examples of these initiatives include leading the Finance Transformation for global Deloitte firms, optimizing the Finance organizational structure for improved performance, identifying and implementing digital finance solutions, and helping the Deloitte businesses achieve more predictable, profitable growth through transformative tools and processes.

The work you'll do
The Transformation team is looking for a Change Manager to support the design, implementation, and evolution of change strategies and plans to engage, inspire, and motivate people to embrace the significant cultural and behavioral changes that are required to drive the business forward. The Change Manager will work with senior business leaders to understand their needs and address them through executable strategic change initiatives. We are looking for someone with strong change management and communication abilities who excels in creatively managing change within complex organizations. Responsibilities include:
Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for key stakeholder groups to drive development of data-driven change strategies
Develop and manage the execution of fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans to accelerate ROI of initiatives; collaborate across program and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans
Develop and manage execution of leadership alignment plans to drive buy-in with changes
Work closely with subject matter experts and leadership to develop and drive consistent key program messaging and content
Plan, develop, and work with leadership and change networks to deliver communications and creative engagement activities, driving understanding about key changes
Measure effectiveness of change interventions and evolve plans as needed to best drive adoption and reduce risk of initiatives
Regularly report on activity status to program leadership; work with leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, change management, organization effectiveness, communications or relevant discipline
5+ years of relevant experience in change management and/or communications related to strategic transformations
Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions
Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations
Superior project management skills with demonstrated experience successfully managing a cross-functional or cross-departmental team on a complex project
Extremely high attention to detail with exceptional writing and editing skills
Ability to generate and execute creative ideas related to making communications engaging and distinctive
Ability to work well under pressure and effectively and professionally navigate tough situations
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team, but also be a self-starter
Demonstrated commitment to integrity and confidentiality
Excellent proficiency in MS PowerPoint
Minimal travel required; this role is predominantly remote with the option to work from home or a nearby Deloitte office
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
MBA or graduate degree
Previous work experience with a top-tier consulting firm

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113100 to $232300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
