Work you'll do
Work with client stakeholders to modernize the workflow of their systems
Utilize a human-centered design approach
Conduct user research to improve usability, and identify and develop creative solutions for a variety of objectives and initiatives
Enhance digital strategy to drive a consistent and positive user experience across digital touchpoints

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
2+ years of experience of utilizing Human Centric Design principles (HCD) and modernizing N-Tier applications
Portfolio of design work for which you have utilized FIGMA
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Travel not expected for this role.
Preferred:
Ability to code with PHP Basics, HTML, and JavaScript
Social Media content creation experience
Experience with Heuristic Evaluation as a usability inspection method
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills
Proven ability to drive the design direction in terms of user interaction and design patterns
Prior experience in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,725 to $127,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
