Work You'll Do:

In this role, you will support the leadership across the pillars of Executive Sensing & Insight - including Data Sensing (your primary team), Executive Research & Eminence, Editorial & Creative, Production Center of Excellence, and Sponsorships. You will work with leaders to deliver strategic projects and execute operational activities that keep our team running efficiently and effectively.

  • Data Sensing:

  • You will primarily support our Data Sensing team, leading or contributing to data analysis projects to derive actionable insights from client engagements and executive-level research.

  • Assist Data Sensing leaders in strategizing, creating, and executing data insights projects such as C-suite insights, industry insights, and more.

  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from Executive Accelerators client experiences (i.e. Transition Labs, Breakthrough Labs, NextGen Academies, surveys, etc.).

  • Communicate insights in a clear, concise manner tailored to senior executive stakeholders.

  • Lead marketing for our Data Sensing outputs - ensuring materials reach the right teams at the right time through collaboration with Executive Accelerators Marketing, the CXO Programs, and the Businesses.

  • Assist with driving the strategic direction of insights dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making by senior leaders across the firm.

  • Executive Research and Eminence:

  • Support the Executive Research and Eminence program - fostering cross-XA Research collaboration.

  • Maintain the Executive Accelerators Research Leaders forum - supporting the agenda building, speaker coordination, and XA Research community building.

  • Project and Relationship Management:

  • As needed, drive strategic projects across five pillars: Data Sensing, Research & Eminence, Editorial & Creative, Production Center of Excellence, and Sponsorships - ensuring cross-collaboration and communication between pillars.

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with senior stakeholders within Executive Accelerators and the firm at large to ensure visibility into the work that Executive Sensing & Insight does and the value the team brings.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

Data Insights Skills:

  • Proactively identifies areas of innovation and increased collaboration across the firm to support the team's mission of driving growth for our Business through actionable, data-anchored insights.

  • Ability to interpret and distill complex data into actionable recommendations, tailored to the appropriate audience.

  • Eager to learn new technology tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, and generative AI solutions. Prior experience with these or similar tools is a plus.

  • Comfortable performing general data analysis independently and as needed, communicating with data scientists to address more complex requirements.

Project Management Skills:

  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to proactively monitor the progress of multiple projects, develop work plans, obtain necessary input/approvals, secure resources, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee project execution to meet/exceed stakeholder expectations.

  • Ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Collaborates with colleagues on and across teams, both virtually and in person.

Professional and Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.

  • Exhibits a high level of professionalism with a strong executive presence.

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially PPT and Excel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of relevant business operations or project management experience; experience in data/analytics/insights creation and/or strategic relationship management experience a plus.

  • Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600 - $141,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
