Senior Business Program Specialist
The Team
Our team, in partnership with our Business Services stakeholders, IT partners, and technology vendors, supports the design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions to enhance the office and workplace experience, optimize productivity and create value for the Firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned office and workplace technology professional to help design, implement, and monitor these solutions as part of our multi-year transformation roadmap to support office and workplace operations, administrative services, meetings, events services, and facilities management needs.

Formulate and execute Deloitte's Workplace Experience digital strategies for 100,000+ practitioners.
Set and execute the vision for a modern digital enterprise
Ensure business leaders' goals and objectives are met in decisions that go into a technology project
Spearhead the technology enablement of GreenDot strategies
Work you'll do
As the Senior Digital Enablement Specialist, you will be:
Contributing towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of Business Services Digital solutions
Representing the "voice of the business"; invest significant time with current and potential stakeholders to understand their needs
Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, helping to prioritize, and managing requirements from multiple stakeholders
Liaising between the Deloitte Technology, Cyber, Technology Controls, and business and product teams to ensure all required controls are built into and around the platform
Organizing and participating in testing new releases of the platform and summarizing the results with your insights
Supporting the development of the product resources, such as guides, learning materials and demonstrations that support the platform
Gathering feedback and input from users of the platform and translating this input back into requirements
Preparing presentations to communicate ideas, gain stakeholder approvals, and report project status
Work in cross-functional environments with professionals across Deloitte and various geographic locations

Senior Digital Enablement Specialists assist the product teams by supporting the product strategy and direction, roadmap planning, requirements definition and product roll-out of Business Services and Digital Products and Solutions. This exciting and challenging role invites you to drive quality as part of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), collaborate with stakeholder groups, ideate on ways to creatively solve problems and escalate issues as necessary to project leadership. You will also work with the existing Product Owners to support the overall objectives of the Business Services and OSI Digital Products and Solutions team. You will gain exposure to other facets of the firm such as innovation, national office, and technology, providing many network growth opportunities. Additionally, you will participate in various special projects, studies, and related activities regarding business operations, technology, and general program management duties.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
Self-starter with curiosity and desire to dig into, and understand details
Ability to effectively and thoughtfully communicate to a wide range of stakeholders (verbal and written)
Ability to proactively anticipate problems and identify opportunities, alternate approaches, and creative solutions
Participate in / facilitate discussions to discover solutions, as well as capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance criteria
Ability to manage work on multiple projects, effective time management skills
Experience working in an Agile environment
Savvy about the professional services industry and technology, and effectively interacts with/influences business leaders
Experience with Product Support and Testing methodologies.
Awareness of current technology capabilities, trends, and innovation opportunities
Strong personal leadership and communication abilities - while empowering others to grow and deliver results
Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
The ability to work independently or within small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
Nice to Have
Deep expertise in at least one PM area: schedule, risk, performance reporting, requirements development, or portfolio management
Program and project management experience with internal clients
Experience assisting clients deliver key programs
Experience with SharePoint or ServiceNow and digital reporting technologies
PMP or similar certification
Experience with digital strategy/technology
