Work you ll do
As A Project Controller within our team you will:
Assist throughout the project lifecycle; including project set up, revenue recognition and compliance, analyze forecasts and budgets for all contract types, monitor funding, process vendor invoices, support procurement and billing/collection activities, and facilitate project closeout.
Participate in various financial analyses, such as reconciliations and variance analysis
Assist with compilation, reporting, and analyzing the financial performance of a project/portfolio.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, Federal regulations and guidelines and contractual requirements.
Monitor Labor, Subcontractor, ODC, and Material costing across projects including internal reporting and PO commitments.
Analyze project expenditures and ensure timely and accurate processing, including accounts payable, subcontracting, and procurement charge.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
1 years of experience in a financial analysis role
1 years of experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience summarizing results and producing management reports
Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Previous experience in a federal professional services contracting environment
Deltek CostPoint experience
