Work you ll do

As a Consultant within our Human Capital -CCG team you will:

  • Conduct stakeholder engagement initiatives and collaborate with clients to solve their most complex and pressing issues

  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

  • Manage team priorities, milestones, and risks in accordance with project scope

  • Create and deliver impactful deliverables utilizing a variety of innovative tools and solutions

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and provide perspective on resolutions for key project challenges

  • Develop innovative approaches to completing scope of work and project planning

  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

  • Assist in proposal development, as requested

  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

  • Build your network and gain valuable insights working with subject matter experts across GPS offerings

We work across the enterprise, offering business-oriented and data-driven talent strategy, organization strategy, technology adoption, leadership alignment, culture, learning, and strategic change solutions to address the organization s transformation and talent agenda.   • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline

  • 4years ofrelevant experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment in corporate operations, management and/or human resources-related fields

  • Experience with Change Management consulting

  • Experience with technology implementations

  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research


  • Prior professional services or government and public services consulting experience

  • Experience with State & Local government clients preferred
