Included in TrueServe™ is an "all-in-one" voice analytics solution that uses voice and text recordings to extract information through advanced analytics techniques, with models developed and managed by our specialized voice data scientist team to provide actionable business outcomes. This is just one example of the assets that our team is bringing to market to help us provide even faster time to value and reduced risk throughout our clients' transformation journeys.
Work you'll do:
The Technical Lead for the voice analytics solution in our Assets and Hybrid Business Ventures team will have a dual role with two key main responsibilities
Product ownership - be the technical expert in all things voice analytics. You will be required to become deeply familiar with the technologies used by our solution, with the automation framework used for deployments, and will be responsible for their technical presentation to our clients. You will be interacting daily with client and Deloitte stakeholders at different seniority and technical proficiency levels
Product delivery - be responsible for supporting the implementation of our solution through deployments and configuration of core product elements for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading technical discussions and discovery activities with our clients in a pre-sales architect or implementation architect capacity.
Leading technical aspect of client implementations and integrations.
Designing and delivering maintainable integrations and configurations.
Serving as the technical SME for client and project teams including DevOps Engineers, Customer Success, Project Data Scientists.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
7 + years of solution architecture experience.
3 + years of experience in architecting highly resilient solutions for AWS Cloud.
3 + years of experience working with or in corporate IT environments.
3 + years of experience working in consultative roles, either pre-sales or post-sale within large teams
Experience with a wide range of AWS Cloud services and technologies.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code technology (AWS CloudFormation is required).
Experience in programming languages (Python is required).
Experience with relational databases (SQL).
Experience with Git and modern CI/CD frameworks and toolsets.
Strong planning, organization, and people management skills.
Strong delivery skills and experience managing multiple projects in a high paced environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Client facing experience with business and technical stakeholders.
A history of working collaboratively with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
Good standard tech consulting skillset with a solid understanding of software product development lifecycle, controls, security, and E2E product implementations.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics or Data Science.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Alembic, and SQL Alchemy.
