Deloitte GPS Salesforce Test Lead in Greensboro, North Carolina

Work you'll do

  • Expertise in driving solutions, leading a team, driving assessment work across technologies and reverse engineering existing code

  • Translate functional requirements into technical design.

  • Participate in all aspects of solution delivery life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, production deployment, and support

  • Develop standardized practices for delivering new products and capabilities data acquisition, transformation, and analysis

  • Define and develop client specific best practices around data management within a Hadoop environment

  • Recommend design alternatives for data ingestion, processing, and provisioning layers

  • Develop data ingestion programs to ingest real-time data from LIVE sources using Apache Kafka, Spark Streaming, and related technologies

  • Work in large teams developing and delivering solutions to support large scale data management platforms following Agile methodology

  • Develop test scenarios and test scripts to validate data loaded in Hadoop platform

  • Maintain documentation on testing and QA and testing strategy

  • Conduct testing of sample applications, websites, and software to Assess user experience and ease of design

  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development

  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

Qualifications Required:

  • Must be US based - preferably west coast based; willing to work PST hours

  • 3-5 years of professional experience/minimum 3 years with Salesforce

  • Prior experience working on 2 Salesforce implementations with Service Cloud

  • Experience leading a team

  • Salesforce Admin Certification & Salesforce Service Cloud Certification

  • Bachelor Degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
