Work you'll do
As a Workday HCM Consultant on our Human Capital team, you will:
Identify business requirements, support or lead requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.
Interact with client leadership and staff to implement technology-enabled business solutions
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of projects
Appeal to wide audiences through clear and succinct written and verbal communication
Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), presentation creation tools (MS PowerPoint), Internet research tools, etc.
Mentor junior staff & assist in proposal development, as requested

Bachelor's degree required
2 years of professional experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
Experience leading/contributing in at least 1 large, full life cycle HCM implementation (Preferably Workday)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Travel up to 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Workday HCM certified
An advanced degree in the area of specialization
Strong functional knowledge around HCM systems and processes (Benefits, payroll, recruiting..)
