Functional Workday Manager - Foundational Data Model (FDM)

Work you'll do
The Emerging ERP Solutions practice helps implement cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as Workday Financials and Infor. Teams support finance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction. This approach differentiates itself from on-premise / cloud applications such as SAP and Oracle. Teams, however, do more than just implement technology. They help produce sustainable business outcomes for clients by drawing on the experience and knowledge of Deloitte colleagues across service offerings and portfolios.

Qualifications
Required:
7+ years of relevant consulting (preferably large consulting firm experience)
4+ years' experience overseeing multiple project teams
3+ years' experience with Foundational Data Model (FDM)* A minimum of 2 full life cycle ERP Financial implementations (Workday)* Staffing and Resource Management experience* Hands-on Functional experience with ability to handle risk management
Must have an active Workday Certification in FDM or other Finance related Modules * Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent professional experience* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future* Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization* Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients.* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.* Ability to engage and manage senior-level client relationships* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).* Willingness to mentor junior staff.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.
