Work you ll do/Responsibilities
As a Web Development Consultant for our HR Transformation team, you will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform to optimize HR operations and drive business results. In this role you will be responsible for:
Support Implementation and O&M practices while taking ownership of technical tasks
Diagnose and resolve defects identified across multiple aspects of the system (user interface, data, performance, etc.)
Collaborate with fellow functional teams, developers and testers in an agile development environment
Work with Government Product Owner to provide technical insight on business requirements and functional design
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Travel up to 20% annually(While 20% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must live near, or relocate to, Lake Mary, FL, Gilbert, AZ, or Mechanicsburg, PA
ServiceNow HRSD development experience
Professional oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Experience with Angular, REST API, and enterprise software (e.g. ERP)
General System Admin experience in ServiceNow
Security/access configuration in ServiceNow
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow HR module
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
