Work you ll do/Responsibilities
As a Solution Manager in the Human Capital Organization Transformation practice, you will lead multiple projects, diverse teams and drive one human capital culture. You will act as an advisor to assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges, from developing end to end training strategies, client assessments, content development and delivery. You will also play a key role in developing change management, communications and innovative solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutionsto help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts and Cyber Risk and Human Capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality. The US Delivery Center (USDC) supports a collaborativeteam culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a training environment, including Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE modeling, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Authoring Tools (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)
Completed Bachelor s degree in related field of study (business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior or psychology)
Proven success leading large teams in a consulting and/or corporate role focused on training, communications and/or organizational change management
Experience in both staff and operations management
Ability to travel up to 20%
Must be willing to live in or within a commutable distance to the Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Lake Mary, FL delivery center(s)

Ability and willingness to acquire U.S. Security Clearance preferred, but not required
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
Previous experience with a systems/technology implementation, focusing on systems training, technology adoption and change management techniquesAn understanding of the concepts used to design and develop Implementation and Training materials
Demonstrated client and team management experience
Excellent coaching and mentoring experience
Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Capital work through internships, professional organizations, volunteer work, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.
